Startup India is a flagship initiative of the Government of India (launched January 2016), intended to build a strong eco-system for nurturing innovation and Startups in the country. The DPIIT Certificate of Recognition is provided for the company which is incorporated as a Private Limited Company, a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) or a Registered Partnership Firm. Such that, the Period of existence and operations of the company should not exceed 10 years from the date of formation. Furthermore, the company should not have been incorporated by splitting up or recreating an already existing entity.

PROCESS

Incorporate your Business The business must be incorporated as a Private Limited Company or a Partnership firm or a Limited Liability Partnership.

Step 2

Register with Startup India Then Our team shall then start the registeration process by drafting relevant and to the point 4 questions monitored on the Government portalthe business and seek Start-up India Certificate.

Step 3
